I am back from my wintery, mochromatic Poland

with minus 16 deg C ,

fantastic food ( but surely 1000% fat full so I am back on diet )

and creative learnings from workdshops at the Warsaw Ceramic Studio ( Silk Screen making and printing on clay workshops ) .
